Experience
In 1996, I was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. I was immediately hired on with my 1st national pest company, Ecolab. During a 3 year period, I was responsible for servicing multiple large food plants, restaurants, hotels and other commercial clients throughout Indiana. While I really enjoyed this work, I had to get off of 3rd shift.
In 2000, I found another national pest company, Steritech, and was hired as Supervisor. During my 12 years, I was promoted to Service Manager, was responsible for the growth of 9 States with up to 24 Service Specialists, I hosted "Management Training" for most of the company's Supervisors, and was responsible for auditing multiples of food plants to ensure regulartory compliance with AIB, BRC, SQF, USDA etc.
My Branch also enjoyed 2 years with Steritech's top performance award. I was also known as a "problem solver" and "go to guy" for Steritech. I was often asked or volunteered to travel to other Branch territories where I assisted with problematic accounts or to evaluate the skills of Supervisors or Specialists.

I have earned the title of "Associate Certified Entomologist" from the
"Entomological Society of America". This certification has become highly regarded in our industry since it was created in 2004. It is well earned by all who attain it.
