Flat Rate Service This service is for Vacant Units only. If bed bugs have been or are found during a certified inspection, treatment can be performed at a flat rate. Our certificate will still be issued and the service is guaranteed for 30 Days past the new lease date. Additionally, we will provide a free inspection of the new tenants furnishings to confirm no reintroduction. |
