We know that one of your most obvious pests is the Fruit Fly. If you are still fighting with this pest over the winter months, your current vendor is failing to assist and inform you. While we do not guarantee flying insects, we still treat for them during our regular service visits. With some cooperation on sanitary and structural recommendations along with our service methods, we can reduce and often eliminate them completely. Even and often without your help. We do offer an extra service for Fruit Flies that involves a combination of sanitary assistance, drain cleaning and targeted pesticide applications. |

Our Associate Certified Entomologist "ACE" will provide you service with specific details. Of which, will include "pest related" recommendations for repairs or cleaning. Whether a rat has gotten in on a truck or birds are nesting in your building, we have solutions. |

Ants! Ants! Ants! Lady Beetles, Stink and Boxelder Bugs! During the course of our service year with you, we seasonally make applications for the pests of that quarter. Ex. During the 1st quarter of the year our focus is on Ants. Our experience shows that if you catch them at the beginning of the season you can potentially eliminate the entire colony in one application. And We Dont Charge Extra for it! In the fall, we also keep an eye out for your other big pests. Lady beetles and Boxelder bugs. While not guaranteed, we also treat in advance for them Without Charge! |

Once inside, we will be thinking about the different entry points for Ants, Rodents, Cockroaches, Fruit Flies, House Flies and Spiders.
While House and Fruit Flies are not guaranteed, there are often solutions that can help to prevent them. Sanitation items that have been missed or structural concerns like floor grout thats missing and certain dirty floor drains are often the main problem. We will treat for them during our regular service visits at no additional charge, unless something more drastic is needed. Such as additional sanitary assistance that we can provided as well.
Follow up visits
Any German cockroach or Rodent activity found during the initial service month will inspire us to perform follow up services, until we deem it resolved. As each infestation can be different, we guarantee elimination in less than 45 Days.
